How ePARCEL works for students
The steps below reflect the current parcel workflow. Check your account for parcel readiness; automated notifications are not currently provided.
Create an account
Verify your student identity and create an ePARCEL account.
Register a tracking number
Enter your tracking number before the parcel arrives when possible.
Parcel arrives
The parcel counter receives the parcel from the courier.
Storage is assigned
An organizer matches the receiver and assigns a block and tray.
Check status
Sign in to check when the parcel is ready for collection.
Collect your parcel
Visit the counter and complete the collection verification.

Helpful answers before you visit the parcel counter
Students with a valid record in the institution student database can verify their identity and create an ePARCEL account.
Yes. After signing in, you may register a tracking number to help the parcel counter match the parcel when it arrives.
The parcel counter can still receive a parcel. It may be assigned once the receiver is identified.
Sign in to your ePARCEL account and check the parcel status. Automated email, SMS, and WhatsApp notifications are not currently provided.
Bring your student identification and any collection information requested by the parcel counter.
When a parcel is ready, its assigned storage block and tray are available to the parcel counter.
Fees depend on the active parcel category and storage-duration policy. The final fee is confirmed at collection.
